1. The LyricFind Corpus

Developed at the Sound & Music Computing laboratory at the National University of Singapore with the very gracious support and partnership of LyricFind, the LyricFind Corpus is a collection of 275,905 distinct song lyrics in bag-of-words format (67.6 million total word instances), along with identifying lyric, artist, and album metadata.

2. Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM) tools

These tools operate under the umbrella of the SPM software suite, and are made freely available to the neuroimaging research community under the GNU General Public License. 

Tested using:
  • SPM5 (rev. 1087, compatible with Matlab R13SP1 to R2006b);
  • SPM8 (rev. 6313, compatible with Matlab R14SP3 to R2015a); and
  • SPM12 (rev. 7219, compatible with Matlab R2007a to R2017b).

These tools only require core Matlab to run; the Matlab statistics toolbox is not required.

imcalc: Batch image calculations and transformations

  • Binarize: non-zero voxels, or to specific thresholds
  • Operations on pairs of images: add, subtract, mean, min, max ...
  • Statistical transformations: T-to-Z, Z-score calculation
